This document gives you a functional content preview of the Worldline Sips 23R5 release.

It is separated into two parts: :

• new additions to the Worldline Sips Solution
• regulatory changes.

New features of the Worldline Sips Solution

RGAA compliance: improving the accessibility of Sips Paypage and Walletpage

Following the French accessibility audit carried out in April 2022, the Sips Paypage and Walletpage interfaces were 55% compliant with the RGAA standard*. Changes have been made in the last two releases. The compliance rate now stands at 83% (with the default Sips css). Further improvements will be made for the next releases.

Refund on credit holder: new response code

The credit holder operation (creditHolder function) allows the merchant to credit a customer account without any initial transaction. It cannot therefore be refunded.

In case of refund attempt on this type of operation, Worldline Sips will now send a response code 24 (impossible operation).

Bancontact: evolution of the response code in case of payment retry

For Bancontact transactions, in case of payment retry, Worldline Sips now responds to the authorisation request with a code 60 (pending transaction) and no longer with a code 00.

Updated Graphic charter of the “Transaction management” tab

To harmonize and meet accessibility requirements, the transaction tab’s graphic charter has been adapted to the MEX colors.
